Garden-centres and commercial greenhouses
Greenhouse structures
Nowadays the standard greenhouse construction has developed into a complex blend of various structures, buildings, interiors and integrated installations. The starting point in the design is still the traditional greenhouse structure but one can see that the ultimate result is often a blend of various building techniques. A variety of ventilation systems, roofs and walls can be finished with all sorts of materials, transparent or tainted safety-glass, polycarbonate panels or insulating sandwich panels in various colours: the sky is the limit!
Below some of the technical details of the available types of greenhouse structures:
Venlo greenhouse
- Baywidth up to 4,80 m with free spans up to 16,00 m
- Gutterheight up to 12,00 m
- Ventilation systems with a capacity of 45 % of the ground surface
Wide-span greenhouse
- Baywidth up to 16,00 m
- Gutterheight up to 12,00 m
- Ventilation systems with a capacity of 50 % of the ground surface
- Two-sided continious ridge ventilation
Cabrio-greenhouse
- Baywidth up to 4,80 m with free spans up to 16,00 m
- Two bay-halfs that can either open separately or simultaneously, with the extra option of so-called 'under-ventilation' so that the roof can kept open in case of rain.
Special structures
- Steel, alminium and glass structures for roofings, extensions, atria, shops and othe buildings
- Bow structures in steel and wood
